About the role
Zulekha Hospital Sharjah is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to oversee all nursing operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall nursing operations.
- Ensure quality, safety and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Develop nursing policies, workflows and performance metrics.
- Lead software implementation and digital transformation within nursing services.
Required profile
- Strong nursing leadership and hospital management experience.
- UK/US based qualification is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to drive digital transformation in nursing services.
