About the role

Euro Sun Goods Wholesalers LLC is seeking a senior leader to oversee the operational backbone of its multi‑entity FMCG business and partner strategically on finance. The role combines commercial sharpness with operational discipline across UAE, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply chain and logistics, procurement, and vendor management across all entities.
• Own systems and IT strategy, including the Microsoft Dynamics ERP rollout, process automation and digital tools.
• Design and maintain operating processes, SOPs, people and HR operations, facilities, trade compliance and risk management.
• Oversee commercial operations such as sales operations, pricing discipline and order‑to‑cash / procure‑to‑pay processes.
• Provide senior finance oversight: review monthly accounts, cash flow, forecasts, budgets, audit, compliance and treasury.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12‑15 years of hands‑on experience at Director level in a multi‑entity or multi‑jurisdictional business.
• Strong FMCG, trading or distribution background with deep expertise in supply chain, logistics and finance.
• Proven ability to lead ERP implementation and drive digital transformation at scale.
