About the role
The Director of Revenue will lead the pricing strategy for the hotel, aligning it with market intelligence, buying patterns and seasonal trends. You will also support pricing for F&B, Spa and other revenue‑generating departments while ensuring optimal use of technology.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for room revenue by market segment.
- Set and communicate pricing strategy across market segments, referencing market intelligence and seasonality.
- Chair weekly revenue meetings, distribute minutes and action plans.
- Support F&B, Spa and other departments with pricing guidance.
- Ensure full utilization of PMS and RMS technologies according to property mix.
- Measure performance across distribution channels to achieve market share targets.
- Contribute to the annual budget and sales & marketing plan for all revenue streams.
