About the role
The Director of Revenue will lead the pricing strategy for the hotel, aligning it with market intelligence, buying patterns and seasonality. You will also support revenue generation across F&B, Spa and other departments while ensuring optimal use of PMS and RMS technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare weekly 3‑month and monthly rolling 12‑month revenue forecasts by market segment.
- Set and communicate pricing strategy for rooms and support pricing for other revenue‑generating departments.
- Chair weekly revenue meetings, distribute minutes and action plans.
- Set monthly upselling targets for front office and reservations.
- Ensure full utilization of PMS and RMS systems according to property mix.
- Measure performance across distribution channels to achieve market share goals.
