Director, Solutions Consulting Middle East & Africa

About the role

Lead a geographically distributed Solutions Consulting team across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and South Africa, shaping how Genesys applies AI, cloud CX technology and data to improve customer and employee experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing, distributed Solutions Consulting team, ensuring alignment, accountability and consistent execution across markets.
• Own the end‑to‑end regional Solutions Consulting strategy, aligning capabilities and investment priorities with business objectives and sustainable growth.
• Drive an AI‑first culture of continuous innovation, turning emerging AI and automation capabilities into differentiated customer value.
• Partner with Sales and regional leaders to influence go‑to‑market strategy and strengthen complex enterprise opportunity execution.
• Elevate the team’s impact as trusted advisors through consultative engagement, solution design and data‑driven storytelling.
• Strengthen strategic relationships with customers, partners and the broader technology ecosystem.
• Influence product and technology direction by translating regional customer needs and market trends into actionable insights.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Sales or Sales Engineering with significant people‑leadership experience.
• Proven success leading geographically distributed teams across multiple countries.
• Strong background in AI, CCaaS, customer and employee experience, digital technologies and enterprise cloud software.
• Exceptional executive communication, consultative engagement and data‑driven storytelling skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
