Director – Water Business (South Asia, Middle East & North Africa)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Water leader to head and expand our high‑performing Water business across South Asia, the Middle East and North Africa. The role combines full P&L ownership with the responsibility to build a top‑tier sales organisation that delivers world‑class customer service and commercial excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve regional revenue and new‑business targets in line with the Annual Operating Plan.
• Lead the generation and conversion of high‑potential leads into long‑term clients.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key regional clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Use NPS data to drive initiatives that improve client satisfaction and retention.
• Shift the sales organisation toward a proactive selling model and design commercial activation strategies for new programs.
• Develop commercial capabilities through initiatives such as a commercial academy.
• Collaborate with product development and marketing to activate and commercialise new services and innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in senior leadership roles or 5 years as a General Manager within the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry.
• Experience across India and the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of water process, certification and regulation.
• Proven track record of leading P&L to exceed revenue targets.
