Document Verification Officer

About the role

The Document Verification Officer ensures that travel documents of guests on MOU and high‑risk flights comply with UAE regulatory requirements. This role protects the organization from penalties and supports smooth guest handling during both regular and irregular operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and verify travel documents of guests on MOU & high‑risk flights, detecting fraudulent or illegal documents.
• Identify trends in fraudulent activities and prepare factual reports to support immigration appeals.
• Assist the operations team and local authorities with cases of inadmissible guests, respecting sensitivity and regulatory demands.
• Brief the operations team on breaches and incidents linked to document verification.
• Prepare off‑loading reports for guests removed from flights and submit them to local authorities.

Required profile

• Secondary level education with additional qualification related to Document Verification or Aviation Security.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Document Verification and Immigration Compliance.
• Minimum 1 year experience in airport operations at a major international airport.
