Doorman – Luxury Hotel Guest Services

About the role

We are seeking a Doorman to join The Lana, Dubai – part of the Dorchester Collection. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our guests, embodying our “We Care” philosophy and delivering a warm, professional welcome that reflects the luxury and heritage of our hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests arriving and departing the hotel, ensuring a seamless and memorable first impression.
• Handle luggage, valet, and transportation coordination in line with hotel standards.
• Uphold the Dorchester Collection’s culture and values by providing exceptional service and maintaining a courteous, inclusive environment for guests and colleagues.
• Maintain the entrance area in a clean, orderly, and secure condition.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
