About the role
The Draughtsman will be responsible for producing accurate shop, layout and as‑built drawings for MEP and electromechanical systems. The role involves updating drawings to reflect design changes, site conditions and consultant feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare shop drawings, layouts and as‑built drawings for MEP and electromechanical systems.
- Revise drawings according to design changes, site conditions and consultant comments.
- Coordinate services to resolve clashes and maintain installation clearances.
- Maintain drawing registers and issue approved revisions to site teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field (MEP, BMS, Electromechanical).
- UAE experience preferred.
