Driver - Hotel Transportation

About the role

Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights, a hotel offering apartment-style suites and apartments, is hiring a full-time Driver for an on-site position in Dubai. The Driver safely transports guests, employees and goods to and from the hotel, following designated routes and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests, employees and goods safely, following routes and schedules
• Carry out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Keep vehicles clean and well maintained
• Comply with traffic regulations and hotel policies
• Assist guests with luggage and communicate courteously and clearly
• Coordinate with the front office and other departments for timely pick-ups and drop-offs
• Support occasional shuttle services and special event transport as required

Required profile

• Valid driving licence appropriate to the region and vehicle type
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads, traffic regulations and local routes
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Previous hospitality or hotel transportation experience is an advantage

Required skills

• Light vehicle and light bus driving, with safe handling and maneuvering
• Effective communication with guests, colleagues and supervisors
• Customer service focused on courtesy, professionalism and guest satisfaction
