Dutch-Speaking Sales Agent – Automotive Market Development

About the role

An international company in the automotive sector is hiring a Dutch-speaking Call Center / Sales Agent in Dubai, based in the Netherlands market. The role develops the Dutch market by contacting garages and automotive professionals. It suits a junior profile looking for international experience and strong sales skills in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to garages and automotive businesses in the Netherlands
• Present a B2B platform for tyres and auto parts
• Generate interest from potential clients and identify business opportunities
• Follow up with prospects and contribute to order generation and market development
• Handle objections and stay motivated in a high-volume environment

Required profile

• Fluent Dutch, ideally native or near-native
• Good level of English
• Previous sales, call centre, customer service or business development experience is a plus but not essential; junior profiles are welcome
• Motivated, resilient and target-driven, with a commercial mindset
