Duty Manager – Dubai Palm Jumeirah

About the role

As a Duty Manager at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah you will be the face of hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay. You will step in for the General Manager, overseeing daily operations and leading the team with energy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily hotel operations, including front‑desk, staffing, room inventory, guest service and policy compliance.
• Deliver an upbeat, friendly guest experience, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Provide cross‑departmental support, covering bell service or front‑desk duties during peak periods.
• Conduct regular property walkthroughs to monitor safety, security and service quality.
• Track guest‑satisfaction metrics (SALT, Revinate), analyse trends and implement improvements.
• Coach, supervise and develop team members, fostering a positive work environment.

• A passion for hospitality and spreading warmth to guests.

• Ability to act with urgency and discipline in fast‑paced situations.
