Duty Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Duty Manager to be the main point of contact for guests around the clock at Anantara Retreat Santorini Abu Dhabi. The role ensures smooth night operations, from arrivals to departures, and upholds the high standards of guest satisfaction expected by our luxury brand.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor all night arrivals and ensure guest requests are handled promptly.
• Honor reservations and manage any issues quickly and smoothly.
• Conduct VIP room inspections, arrivals, and departures.
• Address guest satisfaction issues and follow up in a timely manner.
• Complete the night audit according to resort standards.
• Submit housekeeping and cleaning requests as needed.
• Keep team members informed about hotel products, services, rates, and facilities.
• Attend required training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to 24‑hour guest contact and service excellence.
• Ability to manage night‑time operations and resolve guest issues efficiently.
• Attention to detail for VIP room inspections and audit procedures.
• Good communication skills to keep staff updated on hotel information.
