e-Commerce Trading Executive

About the role

This role sits at the heart of Dyson MEA's day‑to‑day direct eCommerce operations. The eCommerce Trading Executive is responsible for executing the trading agenda across Dyson.com markets in the region, ensuring new product launches land on time, promotional activity is live and correct, site standards are maintained, and performance is tracked and reported consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the trading calendar across all MEA .com markets, coordinating NPD launches, promotional go‑lives and key trade moments.
• Ensure homepage and site content consistency, brief distributor teams, and conduct regular site health checks for pricing, stock, and UX issues.
• Prepare weekly trading summaries, track promotional spend versus budget, and contribute to monthly eCommerce trading reviews.
• Act as the operational contact for distributor partners, coordinating content updates, resolving site issues and supporting performance reviews.
• Monitor stock availability, flag at‑risk SKUs, track sell‑out rates and coordinate with logistics and customer service on fulfilment issues.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital retail or online trading, preferably in a trading, operations or merchandising role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple markets and workstreams simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with data, able to pull, read and present trading performance metrics clearly.
• Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as SFCC or Magento, either directly or through coordination with technical teams.
• Excellent communication, follow‑through and a self‑starter mindset that takes ownership of tasks.
