Early Careers Program in Financial Lines – MENA

About the role

Join the FINPRO (Financial and Professional Lines) MENA team in Dubai's DIFC for a 12‑month early careers program. You will learn the fundamentals of financial lines insurance, support broking activities, and build relationships across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations and client deliverables for the FINPRO MENA team.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Participate in broking and placement activities while developing market knowledge.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategy.

Required profile

• UAE national (family book holder) with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and results‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Interest in insurance, financial services or risk management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
