About the role
The Early Years Homeroom Teacher will deliver the British National Curriculum for children aged 3‑5 in a vibrant, international school in Dubai. The role focuses on play‑based, child‑led learning within a well‑resourced, multi‑sensory environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, purposeful, hands‑on lessons aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Observe, assess and record children’s learning and development.
- Integrate technology thoughtfully to enhance learning experiences.
Required profile
- A recognised Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related subject.
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, PGDE, QTS or equivalent).
- Early Years/EYFS teaching experience.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and play‑based learning.
- Ability to plan engaging, hands‑on lessons and assess learning.
- Confidence using technology to support teaching.
- Excellent communication and safeguarding commitment.
