EC&C Recruiter – 6‑12 month Fixed‑Term in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an EC&C Recruiter to support graduate, internship and entry‑level hiring programmes across the UAE. The role is a 6‑12 month fixed‑term contract based in Dubai with a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for graduate, internship and entry‑level programmes.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring needs and recruitment plans.
• Attend open‑day events and university recruitment fairs across the UAE.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and support reporting and compliance.

Required profile

• UAE national (family book required) fluent in Arabic and English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR coordination.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE for university and recruitment events.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and eager to develop a career in talent acquisition.
