Ecommerce Executive – Hotel Franchise

About the role

The Ecommerce Executive will lead the strategic development and execution of digital marketing and e‑commerce initiatives for Grand Mercure Dubai Downtown. Reporting to the hotel’s commercial team, the role focuses on driving performance across direct and indirect digital channels, enhancing brand visibility and supporting the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the hotel’s annual digital marketing strategy and budget across all relevant channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, PR, F&B and Corporate Marketing to align digital activities with the overall commercial plan.
• Optimize the hotel’s website, booking engine and other digital touchpoints to increase direct bookings.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and technology partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing or e‑commerce within the hospitality sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
