Electrical & Instrumentation Inspector & Trainer

About the role

The Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Inspector & Trainer will deliver high‑quality technical training and perform on‑site electrical inspections for industrial and commercial clients in the UAE, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations while supporting Apave’s service growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site electrical inspections, testing, measurements, document reviews and technical audits to verify compliance with standards.
• Ensure safety of people and property through rigorous technical control.
• Deliver technical training sessions on low‑voltage and medium‑voltage electricity, power, instrumentation and control systems.
• Adapt training materials to Apave methodologies and client needs.
• Identify and approach potential clients, define requirements and prepare technical/commercial proposals.
• Act as a technical advisor to build long‑term client partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation or a related field.
• Strong autonomy and excellent communication abilities.
• High proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus for training and business development.

Required skills

• Knowledge of MV/LV installations.
• Familiarity with international standards such as NFPA, IEC and BS.
• Understanding of UAE regulations (DEWA, ADDC).
• IECEx or CompEx certification.
• Knowledge of NF C18‑510 standard (advantage).
