Electrical Supervisor

About the role

Agua Nexus Facilities Management LLC is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor in Abu Dhabi to oversee electrical maintenance, installation and troubleshooting. The role coordinates site teams, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards and supports electrical operations on water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, inspection and troubleshooting at project sites.
• Monitor and maintain electrical equipment such as LV/MV panels, Motor Control Centres (MCCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and submersible pump systems.
• Coordinate daily activities with electrical technicians, contractors and project teams.
• Ensure all electrical works meet safety regulations, quality standards and project specifications.
• Inspect completed work for technical accuracy and operational reliability.
• Maintain maintenance reports, inspection records and site documentation.
• Support electrical operations for water and wastewater projects and coordinate corrective maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.

Required profile

• 4-5 years of UAE experience in electrical supervision.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field suggested (not stated as mandatory).
• Experience in water and wastewater projects preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Immediate joining or short notice preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of LV/MV panels, MCCs, VFD systems, submersible pumps and electrical maintenance.
• Site supervision and coordination of electrical teams.

What we offer

• Estimated monthly salary of AED 6,500 to AED 9,500.
