Electrician – Maintenance & Repair (Full‑time)

About the role

The Electrician will ensure the reliable operation of all electrical systems and equipment across our hospitality sites. You will carry out planned maintenance, installations, and modifications while adhering to strict safety and fire procedures. The role demands a proactive attitude to respond quickly to health‑and‑safety requests and guest needs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on all electrical installations.
• Install, modify, and commission new electrical equipment according to specifications.
• Respond immediately to health‑and‑safety incidents and guest service requests.
• Maintain accurate work orders, daily log books, and equipment catalogues.
• Monitor energy usage and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Participate in monthly departmental meetings, providing feedback and suggestions.
• Document safety hazards and support emergency response teams.

Required profile

• Minimum five years (60 months) of experience in electrical maintenance within a hospitality or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, fire procedures, and electrical codes.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed records.
• Good communication skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
