About the role
The Elite District Manager will lead the growth and performance of Arab Bank's Elite customer segment across the United Arab Emirates, driving acquisition, asset expansion and high‑value relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Drive acquisition and net growth of the Elite customer base, focusing on CASA liabilities and sustainable balance growth.
- Expand assets under management, increase average balance per customer and overall wallet share.
- Lead, coach and develop Relationship Managers (RMs) and Assistant Relationship Managers (ARMs) to meet performance standards and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML and regulatory requirements, handling escalations and audit findings.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of banking relationship management experience.
- Strong leadership, coaching and people‑management capabilities.
- Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with banking systems.
