ELV Service Sales Manager

About the role

Manu Technologies LLC is expanding its Service Division and seeks an experienced ELV Service Sales Manager to grow recurring revenue through Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and long‑term client partnerships across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV AMCs in commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, education, healthcare, industrial and government sectors.
• Generate leads via networking, referrals, consultants, facility‑management firms and direct client engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with facility managers, property owners, consultants, contractors and corporate clients.
• Prepare competitive proposals, quotations, tenders and commercial offers.
• Conduct site visits to assess installed ELV systems and recommend preventive maintenance programmes.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for recurring maintenance revenue.
• Manage the full AMC lifecycle from lead generation through negotiation, onboarding, renewal and account growth.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular account reviews and proactive engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV sales or service management.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems and industry standards.
• Proven ability to build long‑term client relationships and meet sales targets.
• Consultative sales approach with excellent communication skills.
