Emirati - Client Services Ambassador (Patient Administrator)

About the role

Mediclinic is hiring an Emirati Client Services Ambassador (patient administrator) at its Parkview Hospital in Dubai. The main purpose of the role is to improve the overall quality of patient care by efficiently performing all aspects of the patient administrator function.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the patient appointment scheduling and registration process
• Manage the medical insurance process and related tasks
• Manage the billing and cash-up process
• Meet customer service expectations by improving the quality of patient service

Required profile

• Completed secondary school education (Grade 12)
• 2-3 years of experience in a customer services role, preferably in healthcare
• Preferred: tertiary diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in medical science, finance or accounting
• Preferred: contact centre or healthcare experience
• Preference given to designated groups under the UAE Emiratization program
