About the role

We are looking for an Emirati Customer Service Specialist to join our office‑based team. You will be the first point of contact for customers calling or emailing, ensuring timely and friendly assistance while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
  • Schedule orders according to customer requests.
  • Evaluate escalations and complaints, providing appropriate solutions.
  • Enhance customer loyalty through a positive phone experience.
  • Handle email inquiries and respond within a 24‑hour SLA.
  • Escalate customer complaints when necessary.
  • Deliver personalized service to meet customer needs.

Required profile

  • Ability to communicate clearly and politely on the phone.
  • Strong written communication skills for email handling.
  • Customer‑focused attitude with a willingness to resolve issues.

Required skills

    What we offer

    • Salary of AED 6,000 plus NAFIS.
    • 5‑day work week with a 6‑hour shift (including a 1‑hour lunch break).
