About the role
This position is designed for recent Emirati graduates who are eager to start a career in the insurance sector. You will support day‑to‑day operational activities, ensuring smooth processing of documents and internal requests while adhering to company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate operational procedures to team members and monitor compliance.
- Process incoming operational requests, maintain accurate data entry, and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain and update documentation according to established standards.
- Support the review and improvement of operational policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum bachelor's degree.
- 0‑1 years of relevant experience.
- Well‑spoken English.
