About the role

The Nasco Emirati Training Academy (NETA) offers a 12‑month, full‑time trainee programme designed for ambitious Emirati students, recent graduates and early‑career professionals. Participants will gain hands‑on experience in the insurance sector while developing professional, technical and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple functions to understand the breadth of the insurance business.
• Contribute to real projects and business initiatives under supervision.

Required profile

• High school graduates, recent university graduates or early‑career professionals with up to one year of experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Motivated, eager to learn and grow within the industry.
