Employee Benefits Relationship Manager

About the role

The Employee Benefits Relationship Manager will own and grow a portfolio of corporate clients and brokers in the UAE, focusing on group medical and group life solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact throughout the policy lifecycle, driving retention, renewals and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own relationships with corporate clients, multinational accounts and distribution partners, ensuring service excellence and timely issue resolution.
• Manage the assigned EB portfolio with accountability for persistency, loss ratio discipline and revenue growth, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Lead end‑to‑end renewal processes, coordinating with underwriting, medical and operations teams to balance competitiveness and technical integrity.
• Monitor service KPIs, claims experience and regulatory compliance, driving corrective actions and handling escalations.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in Employee Benefits, Group Medical and Group Life insurance, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven client relationship management, renewal and portfolio servicing experience.
• University degree preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced verbal and written communication.
• Fluency in AI applications such as Copilot and Claude.
