Employee Lifecycle Senior Associate

About the role

The Employee Lifecycle Senior Associate supports employee lifecycle transactions and HR operations, ensuring accurate employee data management, record maintenance and data security. The role handles escalated HR inquiries, resolves operational issues and processes day-to-day HR transactions in line with company policy, while guiding less experienced team members. It sits within the Global Solutions unit of Majid Al Futtaim's HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in the development, implementation and maintenance of workforce administration (human capital) operations.
• Assist onshore P&O and MAF employees with transactional enquiries and daily HR transactions.
• Answer routine questions about Employee Central (SuccessFactors) and related procedures.
• Enter HR data accurately, including new hires, job data changes, terminations and unemployment tracking.
• Process employee data changes and corrections, including data integrity audits.
• Handle escalated enquiries from internal and external clients.
• Run regular audits of HR data and records, and monitor record-keeping and data-entry procedures.
• Take part in other department projects and perform other related duties as required.

Required profile

• Graduate in a relevant or numerate discipline.
• No degree requirement stated; internship or HR services experience is desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong time management and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Excellent MS Office skills, including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
