End of Line Assembler

About the role

The End-of-Line Assembler is responsible for final assembly and end‑of‑line operations of turbine systems, preparing engines for acceptance testing and finalizing them after test. The role demands high attention to detail, manual dexterity, and strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform final assembly and end‑of‑line operations according to drawings and work instructions.
• Prepare units for acceptance testing, support rigging and de‑rigging at the test cell.
• Execute post‑test tasks: final configuration, preservation, marking, and packing.
• Maintain FOD discipline and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with production, test, and quality teams to resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Industry experience in mechanical assembly, preferably with precision or small turbomachinery.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions in English.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO standards.
• Strong FOD awareness and disciplined workmanship.

Required skills

• Use of torque tools and basic measuring instruments.
• Mechanical assembly skills, especially precision assembly.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
