Endpoint & End User Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Endpoint & End User Support Engineer to provide temporary operational coverage during a planned resource absence. The role focuses on managing endpoints, ensuring device compliance, and delivering day‑to‑day IT support across the enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer ManageEngine Endpoint Central for patching, software deployment, and device control.
• Monitor endpoint health, security alerts, and compliance, and perform remediation activities.
• Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, including hardware, OS, network, printing, and application issues.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, device preparation, deployment, replacement, and recovery.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 account administration, application support, and device enrollment.
• Track and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and asset management.
• Support security awareness activities and endpoint‑related audits.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of endpoint administration and IT support experience.
• Hands‑on experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
