Engagement Manager – Accounting Platform (Future Platforms)

About the role

As an Engagement Manager on the Future Platforms team, you will lead the delivery of EliseAI’s accounting platform from initial deployment through full operational adoption. You will act as the primary driver of successful implementations across multiple housing‑focused clients, working directly with Controllers, CFOs, and accounting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end accounting engagement success, from late‑stage sales handoff to post‑launch stability.
• Scope accounting workflows, configure systems, and drive key decisions with client finance leaders.
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring smooth transitions into live operations.
• Define and build scalable implementation processes, playbooks, and best‑practice frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with product, customer success, and operations teams to align delivery with product evolution.

Required profile

• Strong intuition for accounting processes and financial operations.
• Builder mindset with the ability to design and institutionalise new implementation frameworks.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑scaling, startup‑like environment with cross‑functional responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills for partnering with senior finance stakeholders.
