Engineer - Cloud Security Platforms

About the role

As an Engineer in the Cloud Security Platforms team, you will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of security tools across cloud and hybrid environments. The role focuses on operational support for key security controls while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support for network firewalls, web application firewalls (WAF), cloud security groups and native cloud security services.
• Monitor, document and respond to security incidents, managing escalations as needed.
• Maintain vulnerability management tools, ensure they run on the latest stable releases, and assist in remediation efforts.
• Participate in the implementation of new security controls, automate routine tasks and support security projects.
• Collaborate with InfraOps, governance, DevOps and business teams to embed security best practices into IT and business operations.
