Engineering Leader – Security & Detection

About the role

Lead a high‑performing, multicultural engineering team delivering security and fire detection certification services across Europe and the Middle East. Shape team culture, drive continuous improvement and ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop engineers and project handlers, fostering a high‑performance, accountable culture.
• Manage team capacity, workload and resource allocation to meet project pipelines and delivery commitments.
• Monitor project execution, identify bottlenecks and implement Lean‑based process improvements.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, providing proactive technical guidance.
• Ensure compliance with UL and EN certification standards and lead quality‑audit activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Electronics Engineering.
• Several years of experience leading technical or project‑based teams in security and fire detection.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in international, culturally diverse environments.
