Engineering Manager

About the role

The Engineering Manager will lead all engineering and maintenance activities at our Dubai plant, ensuring uninterrupted production, optimal equipment performance and compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards. This role requires strong leadership in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs, monitor KPIs and drive equipment reliability.
• Manage spare parts procurement, inventory optimization and control obsolete stock.
• Prepare and control engineering and maintenance budgets, CAPEX planning and cost‑control.
• Plan and execute plant projects, upgrades and shutdown activities, coordinating external contractors.
• Ensure full EHS compliance, conduct risk assessments and promote a safety culture.
• Develop and coach the engineering and maintenance teams, handling manpower planning and training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• 8‑10 years of engineering/maintenance experience in manufacturing, with 3‑5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in can manufacturing or high‑speed production lines is preferred.
