English Language Teacher (Female) – K-12

About the role

The school, part of a six‑campus network accredited by AdvancED and the IB, seeks a native‑English speaking teacher to deliver English language instruction to K‑12 students in Sharjah. The position is full‑time, Monday to Friday, on a 2‑3 year fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for kindergarten through secondary levels.
• Implement the IB or AP curriculum according to the school’s programme.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback aligned with international standards.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and coordinators to maintain a high‑quality learning environment.

Required profile

• Native speaker from an English‑speaking country.
• Bachelor’s degree in the subject taught, with a teaching licence or a postgraduate education qualification.
• For kindergarten and primary levels, a Bachelor’s in Education is required.
• Minimum two years of post‑graduate teaching experience in the relevant subject.
• Ability to provide verifiable references.

Required skills

• Familiarity with International Baccalaureate (PYP, MYP, DP) and Advanced Placement curricula.

• Salary ranging from 12,500 AED to 21,000 AED per month, based on experience and credentials.
