About the role
We are seeking a passionate English Teacher to join our Montessori nursery in Dubai. You will work with young learners, fostering a love of language while supporting their overall development in a nurturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate English learning activities.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
- Observe, assess, and support each child’s learning progress and development.
- Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour in children.
- Maintain professional communication with parents and collaborate closely with the nursery team.
- Adhere to all safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies.
Required profile
- Relevant teaching or education qualification (Cache Level 3).
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in a nursery or early‑years setting.
- Montessori experience is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Caring, creative, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.
