Enterprise Account Manager - UAE

About the role

As an Enterprise Account Manager you will be the business advisor and primary post‑integration point of contact for our largest merchants. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping them navigate the complex global payments landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Drive merchant ROI by crafting and executing development plans focused on revenue generation.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of payment data to improve acceptance rates, reduce false declines and optimise checkout flow.
• Identify and upsell new products and features to increase share of wallet.
• Build high‑touch, consultative relationships to prevent churn and resolve complex merchant issues.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage push‑back from sophisticated enterprise merchants.
• Collaborate with Sales, Integration, Legal and Product teams to ensure a seamless merchant experience.
• Advocate for our product and brand, providing expertise on global payment strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of B2B Enterprise Account Management or Relationship Management experience in payments or a digital‑first business.
• Strong knowledge of payment technologies, e‑commerce and emerging trends in the financial ecosystem.
• Proven commercial acumen with a track record of meeting financial targets, reducing churn and driving expansion revenue.
• Resilience in high‑pressure situations and handling demanding enterprise stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset capable of turning complex transaction data into actionable recommendations.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels (Arabic a plus).
