Enterprise Cloud & Software Sales Specialist

About the role

The Enterprise Cloud & Software Sales Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai. You will identify and develop new business opportunities for cloud and software solutions, manage the complete sales cycle, and work closely with technical and pre‑sales teams to deliver tailored enterprise offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of Huawei Cloud, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies across the UAE market.
• Sell enterprise software solutions including SaaS, AI‑enabled applications, workflow/document management and managed services.
• Identify new customers in Government, Semi‑Government and Enterprise accounts and build a self‑generated pipeline.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with Pre‑Sales Engineers, Solution Architects and technology partners to design customer solutions.
• Respond to RFPs, RFQs, tenders and enterprise proposals.
• Develop opportunities covering IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, cloud migration, backup, disaster recovery and managed cloud services.
• Identify AI, automation and digital transformation opportunities and cross‑sell/upsell within existing accounts.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, procurement teams and business heads.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise‑level cloud and software sales.
• Ability to manage the entire sales cycle and achieve sales targets.
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills for technical solutions.
• Excellent relationship‑building capabilities with senior IT and business decision‑makers.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, product updates and competitor offerings.
• Experience working with CRM systems to maintain accurate sales records.
