Enterprise Sales Director – Real-time Decision AI Platform

About the role

Decklar is the world’s only real‑time Decision AI platform for supply chains. As an Enterprise Sales Director you will own the full sales cycle, targeting Global 2000 organisations in supply‑chain intensive industries across the UAE, Benelux and the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle: prospect, discovery, tailored demos, ROI modelling, negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, partnerships and industry events.
• Deliver product demonstrations, often alongside Solutions Engineers, that showcase real‑time decision intelligence.
• Quantify business impact such as reduced shipment delays, lower demurrage and improved supply‑chain resilience.
• Navigate complex buying committees spanning supply‑chain, operations, IT, procurement and executive leadership.
• Develop deep domain expertise in supply‑chain pain points and position Decklar’s AI‑native platform as a transformative solution.

Required profile

• At least 72 months (6 years) of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing high‑value contracts with Global 2000 customers.
• Experience selling to manufacturers, shippers, retailers or logistics providers.
• Strong consultative, value‑based selling approach.
• Ability to manage multi‑stakeholder, multi‑geography deals.
