ERP Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Administrator to join our team and support the full ERP lifecycle within the construction sector. The role involves configuring, testing, deploying, and maintaining ERP solutions while ensuring smooth operation for end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and resolve system‑related problems promptly.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports to support business operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and enhance ERP functionalities.
• Deliver training and functional assistance to end‑users as needed.
• Document processes, updates, and workflows related to the ERP system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP support, implementation, or administration, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as ePromis, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
