ERP Support Engineer/Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Support Engineer/Analyst to join our team and ensure smooth ERP implementation and operation across our construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and resolve system‑related problems.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports to support business operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and enhance ERP functionalities.
• Support end‑users by delivering training and functional assistance as needed.
• Document processes, updates, and workflows related to the ERP system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP support, implementation, or administration within the construction industry.
• Strong hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as ePromis, Oracle, Expedition, Focus, or similar.
• Proficient in SQL and programming languages/frameworks (Angular, PowerBuilder.NET).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
