ERP Support Engineer/Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Support Engineer/Analyst to join our construction-focused team. You will play a key role throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle, ensuring smooth configuration, testing, deployment and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end support during ERP implementation, including configuration, testing and deployment.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues, diagnose system problems and deliver timely resolutions.
• Develop, maintain and optimise SQL queries and reports to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and enhance ERP functionalities.
• Deliver user training and functional assistance as required.
• Document processes, updates and workflow changes related to the ERP system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP support, implementation or administration within the construction industry.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as ePromis, Oracle, Expedition, Focus or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Programming experience with Angular, PowerBuilder and .NET (both mandatory).
