About the role
We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our Facilities Management team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for FM projects.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for FM projects.
- Review technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Conduct site visits and assess project requirements.
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, and business development teams.
- Ensure competitive pricing and timely submission of tenders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 6–7 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably with an FM service provider.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car.
- Degree attestation is required.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems.
- Cost estimation expertise.
- Experience preparing BOQs.
- Tendering process knowledge.
- Familiarity with SLA/KPI‑based FM contracts (advantage).
