About the role
An experienced Estimation Engineer is sought to join the Facilities Management team in Abu Dhabi. The role covers MEP/FM estimation, tender preparation and cost analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs and tender submissions for FM projects.
- Review technical specifications, drawings and project requirements.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Conduct site visits and assess project requirements.
- Coordinate with the operations, procurement and business development teams.
- Ensure competitive pricing and timely submission of tenders.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 6-7 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably with an FM service provider.
- Valid UAE driving licence and own car are mandatory; degree attestation is required.
- Experience in SLA/KPI-based FM contracts is an advantage.
