Ethics & Business Integrity Officer

About the role

The Ethics & Business Integrity Officer provides analytical and coordination support to develop and implement Emirates Global Aluminium’s ethics and compliance program, ensuring alignment with leading practices, laws and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Publish ethics and compliance policies on the intranet and advise employees on the Code of Conduct.
• Manage the gifts & entertainment and conflicts of interest processes, including policy updates, declarations review, and register maintenance.
• Conduct third‑party due‑diligence screening and support business areas in understanding requirements.
• Identify emerging ethics and compliance risks, report to the Associate Manager and suggest improvements.
• Maintain the annual training calendar, develop e‑learning content, deliver training sessions and track attendance.
• Support ethics champions and supervisors through train‑the‑trainer programmes.
• Facilitate a speak‑up culture, record concerns, assist in investigations and prepare investigation reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in law or a related field, from an internationally recognized university.
• Ethics and compliance certification (e.g., LPEC, CCEP) or equivalent professional qualification.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ethics and compliance frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Ability to develop training materials and deliver presentations.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
