Ethics & Business Integrity Officer

About the role

The Officer – Ethics & Business Integrity provides analytical and coordination support to develop and implement Emirates Global Aluminium’s ethics and compliance programme. The role promotes ethical decision‑making and supports business functions across the Group on all matters related to ethics, compliance policies, programmes and issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate advice on the Code of Conduct and related ethics & compliance policies.
• Implement and maintain the gifts & entertainment and conflicts of interest processes, including policy updates, declarations review and register management.
• Assist with third‑party due‑diligence screening, conducting searches and reviewing results.
• Maintain the annual training calendar, develop and deliver ethics training and awareness content.
• Participate in investigations, record concerns, prepare investigation plans, interview witnesses and produce investigation reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in law or a relevant field from an internationally recognised university.
• Minimum three years’ experience in ethics and compliance, preferably in a large international manufacturing company.
• Good knowledge of UAE laws and key international regulations such as the UK Bribery Act and US FCPA.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic or French is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of UAE legislation and international anti‑bribery regulations.
• Understanding of ethics and compliance issues and ability to apply them in a corporate setting.
• Capability to deliver training programmes and conduct internal investigations.
