Event & Catering Assistant

About the role

Join our Food & Beverage team in Dubai as an Event & Catering Assistant, supporting the full lifecycle of client events across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will work under the Event & Catering Lead, gaining hands‑on experience in setup, service, and light food preparation while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, food and beverage preparation, and guest service.
• Prepare basic menu items such as smoothies, juices, and grab‑and‑go options.
• Maintain cleanliness and food‑safety standards throughout all event stages.
• Monitor inventory and flag on‑site issues promptly to the Lead.

Required profile

• Some experience or strong willingness to learn in event support, catering, or hospitality.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation with a genuine desire to make people happy.
• Good communication skills and ability to stay calm during busy events.
• Flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Required skills

• Basic barista or mixology skills (nice‑to‑have but mentioned).
• Familiarity with food safety standards or certifications (e.g., BFHT).
