Event Manager (EMIRATI)

About the role

SALT is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead high‑impact corporate experiences, executive engagements, exhibitions, launches and stakeholder events in Abu Dhabi. The role combines creative thinking with strong operational discipline to deliver seamless events from concept through to post‑event review.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and manage an integrated calendar of events aligned with business priorities and stakeholder objectives.
• Own complex event delivery, covering concept, production, logistics, guest experience, on‑site execution and post‑event analysis.
• Coordinate protocol, hospitality, access, speaker requirements and event flow for executives, VIPs and partners.
• Lead agencies, venues, production partners and suppliers, ensuring clear scopes, commercial control and high standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams on branding, content, presentations, digital amplification and communications.
• Manage budgets, anticipate operational risks, define success metrics and apply lessons learned.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate events, conferences, exhibitions or experiential marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business or a related field.
• Proven track record delivering complex, high‑profile events for executive, government or premium stakeholder audiences.
• Fluent English; Arabic highly desirable; experience in the UAE or GCC is a strong advantage.
