About the role
The Events, Community & Partnerships Manager will drive footfall to the Dubai Property Exhibition Center (DPS) by building strategic relationships and creating high‑impact events.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and secure influential speakers, entrepreneurs, creators and industry leaders for DPS events.
- Develop partnerships with companies, academies, business groups, communities and associations.
- Design and execute events, workshops, networking sessions and collaborations that attract new audiences.
- Build relationships with influencers and personalities to generate real attendance.
- Create recurring reasons for brokers, investors and professionals to visit DPS.
- Negotiate barter, media and strategic partnerships and maintain a strong monthly activity calendar.
Required profile
- Well‑connected professional with an extensive network in Dubai.
- Comfortable approaching senior individuals, organisations and communities independently.
- Proven relationship‑builder and opportunity creator who can generate real‑world footfall.
